We are currently looking for a Centre Manager | Director for a centre in Glenroy. This 60 place centre is air conditioned with many modern resources for both the children and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities of the role are:

• Maintaining a high quality standard of care throughout the centre.
• Leading and guiding our great team of staff.
• Rostering and wages.
• Accreditation preparation.
• Purchasing and budgeting for the centre.
• Liaising with parents and management.
• Planning and programming.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Current First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Police Clearance.
• Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of NCAC & Licensing.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Centre Director/Manager in a similar service.
