Guardian Childcare Alliance provides Management for a select group of services across the Melbourne Metropolitan area. We are looking for casual staffs that are looking for the flexibility of multi site shifts while still having the stability of knowing the policies and procedures for one company. Possibilities for short term contract work as well as casual relief work exist. Our Victoria Childcare centres are fully air conditioned and well resourced. You will be supported by a Centre Manager with overseeing support from a Regional Manager.

Responsibilities of the roles include:
- Nurturing and caring for children aged 0 – 5 years
- Planning and implementing exciting activities for the children
- Daily communication with parents and other team members
Qualities essential for the position are:
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Diploma in Children’s Services for Diploma positions
- Certificate 3 in Children’s Services for Assistant positions
- Highly motivated and shows initiative in the workplace
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Happy and bright disposition.
