We are currently looking for a Centre Director to lead one of our outstanding services in Doncaster East. You will have the support of other Centre Managers within the group along with a Regional Manager and our administration team at the Central Support Office.

The role involves leading and managing the centre team to ensure the highest standards of early learning and care are maintained. In addition you will establish a strong relationship with the Department and local community. Your ability to create an instant rapport and a lasting impression will see you succeed in this role.

To be considered you will have some of these attributes:

• a strong grasp of the EYLF

• experience as a leader and demonstrating to the community you are the best

• knowledge of QikKids

• understand that educators make the centre and allowing them to shine makes you look good and your job easier

• and ability to set reasonable targets for your team and celebrate when they are achieved

• promoting strong ties to the local community has seen your previous careers blossom

• highly motivated, mature, experienced, positive
