Regional Managers

Responsibilities of regional managers are to oversee the management of clusters of childcare centres located in Perth. You will have the support of a national operations manager as well as the administration at the Central Support Office. The role involves liaising with our centre managers and centre staff in your region and monitoring the centres in your region to ensure the highest standards of quality care is maintained. In addition you will develop and work within centre budgets, have full knowledge of accreditation procedures and develop a strong relationship with the department and the owners of the centres.

Qualifications required for Regional Managers:

• Australian recognised Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood Teaching Degree or relevant childcare qualification (Diploma or Bachelor Early Childhood)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate

Centre Managers

Responsibilities of centre managers include maintaining a high quality standard of care throughout the centre, growing a great team of staff, organising rosters and wages and accreditation preparation.
