We are currently looking for a Centre Manager / Director for our centres in the Lower North Shore area of Sydney.
Duties & Responsibilities of the role are:
- Maintaining a high quality standard of care throughout the centre.
- Leading and guiding our great team of staff.
- Rostering and wages.
- Accreditation preparation.
- Purchasing and budgeting for the centre.
- Liaising with parents and management.
- Planning and programming.
Qualifications Required:
- Australian recognised Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood Teaching Degree.
- Current first aid certificate.
- Working with Children Check.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Centre Director/Manager in a similar service.
