Working as part of an enthusiastic and bubbly team, you would receive training, guidance and support from experienced Room Leaders and the Centre Manager.

Criteria to be selected for a child care traineeship:

• Bright, fun and energetic
• Desire to learn, be part of a team and provide excellent care
• Willing to study towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (paid for by Guardian)
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check or Blue Card
