We are currently looking for a Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teachers to lead our EYLF and be our Pedagogical Leader. You will have the support of Centre Managers and other ECTs together with Regional Manager and our administration team at the Central Support Office.

The role is based at our centre in Maroubra, working with our Centre Managers and centre staff to ensure the highest pedagogical outcomes are achieved. In addition you will establish a strong relationship with Parents and the local community. Your ability to create an instant rapport and a lasting impression will see you succeed in this role.

To be considered you will have some of these attributes:
• ability to lead a team of educators in meeting the fundamentals of the Early Years Learning Framework
• promoting warm and compassionate relationships with children, families, community, and culture in the centre
• constructing and documenting curriculum learning experiences with families and children through play based learning
• highly motivated, mature, experienced, positive outlook
