Assistant Centre Manager

We are currently looking for an Assistant Centre Manager for a centre located in Hampton Park. This 130 place centre is air conditioned with many modern resources for both the children and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities of the role are to assist the Centre Manager with:
• Maintaining a high quality standard of care throughout the centre.
• Leading and guiding our great team of staff.
• Rostering and wages.
• Accreditation preparation.
• Purchasing and budgeting for the centre.
• Liaising with owners, management and especially parents and families.
• Planning and programming.

Qualifications Required:
• Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Current First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Police Clearance.
• Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of EYLF & Licensing.
• Confident with KPI’s & Team Leadership.

Experience Required:
• Minimum 12 months experience as an Assistant Centre Director/2IC in a similar service.
